Pricing & booking
Are the prices on the site final?
No. The site shows indicative guide ranges (moving with season, room category, and FX) to help you shortlist. Sellable prices are confirmed by an advisor after re-verifying availability, taxes, and cancellation terms — nothing is charged before that.
Why not just book and pay online instantly?
Real availability, suite upgrades, and privileges at top hotels often live outside public channels. The advisor model lets us confirm details case by case, negotiate better terms, and eliminate ambiguous fees — closer to how luxury travel actually works than an instant-pay button.
Which currency will I pay in?
The site shows guide prices in the currency of your language (CNY, USD, JPY, EUR, AED, and more). The settlement currency and method are stated clearly when your advisor confirms the quote.
Are your rates competitive?
We source net rates through direct contracts and officially authorised channels, then layer on privileges we can secure — breakfast, upgrades, hotel credit, late checkout. When comparing, count the privileges and the certainty, not just the nightly figure.
Privileges & service
What extras do I get by booking through you?
Depending on hotel and channel: daily breakfast, room upgrades (subject to availability), hotel credit (typically USD 100 equivalent), late checkout, and welcome amenities. Your advisor lists exactly which privileges are confirmed for your stay.
Can I book just one night, or only full journeys?
Both. A single city suite, a honeymoon week on a private island, or a month across continents — every request gets the same attention.
What if something goes wrong mid-trip?
Your advisor stays reachable throughout — transfers, restaurants, celebrations, and last-minute changes. Our goal is that you never need a ticket system while travelling.
Payment & cancellation
When do I pay?
Always after your advisor confirms every detail with you — availability, total price, taxes, and cancellation terms. Inquiries and wishlists never collect card details.
What are the cancellation policies?
They depend on the hotel and rate type. Before you confirm, we state the cancellation deadline and any penalty in plain language — never in fine print.
Privacy & trust
How is my personal information used?
Only to arrange your travel: communicating with hotels and authorised channels, securing privileges, and servicing the journey. We do not sell personal data. See our Privacy Policy.
What is your relationship with Booking or Agoda?
We are not a comparison aggregator. We do not scrape or resell other platforms' prices. Sellable rates come only from direct contracts and officially authorised channels; public platforms serve as industry reference only.
