Terms of Service

By using the LuxStay Atelier website and advisor services you agree to these terms. We provide advisor-led travel arrangement: site content is for curation and reference, and every sellable arrangement is subject to written advisor confirmation.
Nature of the service
- We provide consultation, curation, and booking facilitation for luxury hotels and bespoke journeys on an inquiry-and-confirmation model, not instant online transactions.
- Hotel information, imagery, and descriptions are curated references; room categories, views, and facilities are subject to hotel confirmation.
- Submitting an inquiry starts advisor review; it does not lock inventory, which is subject to recheck.
Pricing and confirmation
- Site prices are indicative guide ranges, moving with season, room category, and FX, and are clearly labelled as requiring reconfirmation.
- Sellable prices, taxes, resort fees, privileges, and cancellation terms are confirmed in writing by an advisor through direct contracts or officially authorised channels.
- Currency conversions are for reference; the settlement currency and amount are those stated in the written confirmation.
Payment and cancellation
- Payment occurs only after your written confirmation of a proposal; method, timing, and refund rules are stated before payment.
- Cancellation and change policies depend on the hotel and rate type; deadlines and penalties are stated in plain language before you confirm.
- Changes caused by force majeure (natural events, government measures, etc.) follow supplier policy and applicable law; your advisor will pursue the best available outcome.
Your responsibilities
- You warrant that submitted details are accurate (names must match travel documents) and that you will provide information reasonably needed to complete bookings.
- Travel documents, visas, health, and insurance requirements remain the traveller's responsibility; advisor reminders are informational, not legal advice.
- Site content may not be scraped, resold, or used unlawfully.
Liability
- Hotels and third-party suppliers act under their own terms; our responsibility for their performance is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
- For losses not caused by our fault (flight delays, hotel service issues), we assist in coordination but do not accept liability.
- The site is provided as-is; to the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability does not exceed the service fees you actually paid for the arrangement concerned.
General
- Intellectual property: site text, design, and arrangement belong to us or our licensors; hotel imagery remains with its rights holders.
- Updates: we may revise these terms from time to time; material changes are announced on the site, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
- Disputes: the parties will first seek amicable resolution; failing that, disputes go to the competent forum at the operator's place of business.
Final booking, payment timing, refund rules, identity requirements, and supplier conditions are confirmed in writing before any paid arrangement is accepted.
