2 · Advisor verification
Your advisor checks live availability, suite options, taxes, and cancellation terms, confirms sellable rates through direct contracts and authorised channels, and secures privileges where possible: breakfast, upgrades, hotel credit, late checkout.
Replies typically within 24 hours; complex journeys begin with an outline.
3 · Proposal & confirmation
You receive a clear proposal: itinerary, inclusions and exclusions, total price and currency, mandatory fees, cancellation deadlines. Payment happens only after you confirm — method and settlement currency stated upfront.
Anything unclear gets explained line by line.
4 · The journey & after
While you travel, your advisor stays reachable: transfers, restaurants, celebrations, last-minute changes. Afterwards, your preferences become the starting point for the next arrangement.
