LuxStay Atelier collects travel request details only to respond, plan, coordinate services, and prepare advisor-reviewed proposals. We do not ask for card data, passport scans, or sensitive documents through public request forms.
Data Handling
- Travel requests may include name, email, phone, destination, dates, preferences, and advisor notes.
- Advisor notes are visible only in the admin console.
- Requests can be updated or removed by contacting the advisor desk.
- Supplier sharing is limited to the details needed to verify availability, benefits, and pricing.
